Many feel stuck, convinced nothing can be done, and he admits that is sometimes the case. His point is that people overlook a second source of payment, which is the coverage they bought for themselves.<\/p><p>He separates two kinds of coverage. Liability protects other people from what you might do wrong, and Texas requires it, so you hope the other car carries it.
