Government entities are generally protected by immunity, and the Act may allow a claim in narrow situations, including when an on duty government employee causes a crash while operating a motor vehicle.<\/p>\r\n        <p>That is why an officer&#8217;s driving may create a potential claim under the Act. But a potential motor vehicle claim does not end the analysis.
