Chad Archibald

Chad Archibald is a distinguished trial attorney known for his exceptional courtroom success and unwavering dedication to justice. A native of Oklahoma City, Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in legal studies from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. His passion for the courtroom was evident early on, with active participation in Trial Advocacy and Moot Court competitions. During his final semester, he transitioned to Dallas as a visiting student at SMU Dedman School of Law, focusing on Texas procedure and evidence while working full-time with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. This immersive experience sharpened his trial skills and laid the foundation for his future success in the courtroom.

Chad began his career at a boutique medical malpractice defense firm, representing physicians, hospitals, and healthcare corporations in complex litigation. This role deepened his understanding of medical procedures and the intricacies of healthcare litigation, equipping him with the strategic insight needed for high-stakes cases. His expertise extended to defending corporate healthcare entities, including one of the nation’s largest emergency department staffing organizations.

Seeking broader challenges, Chad transitioned to civil defense as a senior trial attorney for the largest publicly owned insurance company in the U.S. He represented clients in lawsuits involving personal automobile and homeowner’s insurance policies, achieving numerous trial victories. His work on behalf of corporate clients and insurance carriers provided invaluable insight into the claims process and the strategies insurers use to evaluate and resolve injury claims.

Chad later joined some of the most prominent trucking defense firms in Texas, representing corporations and commercial truck drivers in complex litigation across the state. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of insurance claims and defense tactics, he now dedicates his practice to championing individuals injured by negligence. His areas of focus include:
