Frisco, TX Car Accident Lawyers

A Frisco crash can become harder when the other driver changes their story, the report is incomplete, or the evidence is somewhere else. J. Alexander Law Firm helps identify what still exists (video, vehicle damage, witnesses, crash records, and insurance coverage) and builds the claim from there.

Frisco Crash Evidence: The Roads Where The Details Matter

From 2021 through 2025, J. Alexander Law Firm’s TxDOT CRIS analysis identified 13,085 reportable crashes in Frisco. Nearly half, 49.9%, occurred at an intersection or were related to one, and 433 involved a commercial vehicle.

  • 13,085reportable crashes in Frisco, 2021 to 2025
  • 49.9%at an intersection or related to one
  • 433crashes involving a commercial motor vehicle
  • 349serious crashes: 46 people killed and 352 with suspected serious injuries

These numbers do not decide fault. They show why a Frisco crash can require evidence beyond the police report, especially at intersections, tollway corridors, driveways, and commercial traffic routes.

What this means

In Frisco, the evidence may be more scattered than the wreck itself. On the busiest corridors, the best proof may sit outside the two vehicles: at a business camera, a tollway access area, a parking lot, a fleet system, or with a witness the officer never reached.

Method note: The firm’s September 29, 2026 TxDOT CRIS query covers reportable crashes from 2021 through 2025 with Frisco listed as the crash city. A serious crash involved at least one fatal or suspected serious injury. Of the 13,085 crashes, 9,938 were on the Collin County side of Frisco and 3,147 on the Denton County side, and the total matches Frisco’s count in our Texas Left Turn Crash Index.

How We Build A Frisco Claim When The Report Is Not Enough

  1. Find the evidence before it disappears

We identify available footage, photographs, vehicle damage, witnesses, commercial records, and crash report information before the record changes.

  2. Put the crash sequence together

We compare the report with the damage, roadway layout, photos, video, witness accounts, and collision timing. The claim should not rest on whichever driver spoke first.

  3. Check every possible policy

A driver may not be the only insured party. The review can include the vehicle owner, employer, commercial carrier, household policy, rideshare coverage, and your own UM/UIM policy.

  4. Document what did not show up at the scene

Symptoms can become clearer after the crash. The case record follows the first complaint through medical care, imaging, therapy, missed work, and the practical limits the injury creates.

What It Costs To Hire Us In Frisco

You do not pay attorney fees up front for an injury claim. J. Alexander Law Firm works on a contingency fee, which means attorney fees are paid only if money is recovered for your case.

Litigation

$0 in attorney fees

Vehicle repair, total loss, or rental questions? We can help with those along the way. The attorney fee applies only to the injury claim, and the firm does not take a percentage of property damage or rental payments.

Before you sign anything, the representation agreement explains the exact fee and expenses that may apply. You can review it, ask questions, and decide whether the arrangement works for you.

The $300 administrative fee is charged one time, and only when money is recovered. Medical bills, liens, case expenses, and other amounts may affect your final share. The firm cannot promise a net settlement amount before the case is evaluated and resolved.
