If the other driver's insurer has not opened a claim, we can do that. We separate the property damage claim from the injury claim and identify available coverage.
Your healthcare providers decide your treatment. Our role is to gather and organize the records that show how the crash affected you, including medical records, bills, diagnostic imaging, work loss documentation, and evidence of day to day limitations.
After treatment is complete or the medical picture is clear enough to evaluate, we collect final medical records and bills. We review the evidence and prepare a demand package for the insurance company. The demand explains the crash, injuries, treatment, financial losses, and compensation being requested.
The insurer may make an offer, request additional information, or dispute part of the claim. We negotiate on your behalf, explain meaningful offers, and never settle your case without your approval. If the insurer does not make a fair offer, the attorneys can discuss whether litigation is appropriate.
